Minister seeks review of satellite-radio ruling
WINNIPEG AND TORONTO -- Heritage Minister Liza Frulla will ask the cabinet to send a controversial decision to issue satellite radio licences back to the CRTC for review, sources told The Globe and Mail yesterday.
