Doctor admits he swore at patients

A Windsor-area family doctor admitted yesterday he verbally abused patients, calling them names and swearing at them.Nicholas Rathé, 41, said quietly "that's correct" when asked whether he is pleading no contest to a charge by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario concerning a series of incidents in 2002 and 2003. He stands accused of engaging in conduct unbecoming to a doctor and that would be seen by his profession as disgraceful, dishonourable and/or unprofessional.
