Greenspan's non-comment: When no news is good news

You know you're one powerful old dude when even the things you don't say can move mountains of cash. Alan Greenspan is one such dude.Mr. Greenspan, the chairman of the U.S. Federal Reserve Board, delivered his second speech in as many days yesterday, this one on the topic of "economic flexibility." More importantly for the markets, for the second time in as many days he dropped no hints about the Fed's plans on interest rates.
