Kashmir relief effort could heal deep rifts

Divided by volatile political fault lines long before the earthquake struck, Kashmir and Pakistan's Northwest Frontier Province are now at the epicentre of a multinational relief effort and some observers are cautiously optimistic the flood of aid will carry with it a tide of goodwill and the possibility of peace.
