RIM's faces its U.S. judgment day for BlackBerry
It's been four years since the Research In Motion Ltd. patent case landed on James Spencer's docket. Tomorrow it lands again, and this time there is a possibility the Virginia judge could shut down BlackBerry service across the United States, RIM's biggest market.
