Quebeckers slam Pettigrew
QUEBEC CITY -- International Affairs Minister Pierre Pettigrew's recent separatist bashing has provoked strong reaction in Quebec political circles, angering sovereigntists as well as embarrassing federalists.On Wednesday, Mr. Pettigrew called former Parti Québécois premiers a bunch of "losers" when asked to comment on the election of André Boisclair as the new party leader.
