Martin kicks off campaign with echoes of Chrétien

OTTAWA -- Liberal Leader Paul Martin borrowed yesterday from Jean Chrétien's 2000 election playbook, opening his campaign on the government's economic record, tax cuts, liberal values and the fears of another referendum in Quebec.
