Start to build it, and they will write about it. The "it" in this instance is Toronto's much-vaunted cultural renaissance, in particular, the construction of new or expanded homes for organizations whose acronyms -- AGO, TIFF, ROM, OCAD -- have become as familiar as those of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.
