Khadr held as suspect in abetting al-Qaeda

A 24-year-old Canadian citizen bought $20,000 (U.S.) worth of bullets, grenades and explosive materials for al-Qaeda forces fighting in Afghanistan circa 2003, according to U.S. prosecutors who had him arrested in Toronto this past weekend.
