All is calm but, in election news, not so bright
It's all quiet out there on the election front over the holiday interlude. Too quiet. If you ask me, they're up to something.The mainstream media have gone into hibernation, to be awakened early in the new year. Ditto the campus newspapers at universities across the country. Whether you are the editor of the Saskatoon Star-Phoenix or the McGill Daily, your people have checked off for the holidays so that everyone can go home, see their families, eat a good meal, get a good night's rest and get their laundry done.
