Rescuers helped by dogged determination

VANCOUVER -- Snow days are busy days for the dogs of winter, no matter which B.C. ski hill you may travel to.In Golden, dozens of canine teams are now running through training exercises, learning rescue techniques at the same resort where one well-schooled dog found a snowboarder Sunday who had been killed in an avalanche this past weekend.
