U.S. lumber lobby sues Bush over trade panels

WASHINGTON -- The U.S. President and Congress violated the constitution when they "outsourced" control of U.S. laws to NAFTA dispute-settlement panels, according to a 254-page court filing by the Washington-based Coalition for Fair Lumber Imports.
