Harper refuses to dive into port issue

When Conservative Leader Stephen Harper breezed into town this week, out popped some warm and fuzzy words."I want Toronto, and I want the great spirit of this city, to be part of the truly national government we are asking Canadians to give us," he told a rally, deep in Liberal country, for broadcaster Peter Kent, who is trying to knock off Liberal incumbent Carolyn Bennett in St. Paul's.
