Second witness contradicts Gagliano
OTTAWA -- Alfonso Gagliano's testimony was again contradicted at the parliamentary inquiry into the sponsorship scandal yesterday when the Public Works Department's top auditor repeatedly said the former minister never asked about launching an RCMP investigation into the program.
