Karachi reeling after series of bomb blasts

KARACHI, PAKISTAN -- Pakistan was thrown further toward a state of chaos yesterday after a series of bomb blasts hit the southern city of Karachi.The blasts seemed aimed at areas known for housing the city's ethnic Pashtun population, distinguishing the attack from the campaign of jihadist suicide explosions that have rocked Pakistan over the past year, which mostly targeted the security forces.
