Ena P. Stohl-Collombin
Granny passed away peacefully in Victoria B.C on Saturday March 22nd having recently celebrated her 96th birthday. A positive thinker with a love of many things :- good music – an accomplished concert pianist at age 18, literature – she read the complete Bible and Encyclopedia from cover to cover, she willingly gave sage advice, enjoyed stimulating conversation but above all she loved her family – Bev (Ann), all of her grandchildren and their wives as well as her 9 great-grandchildren. Sadly she was unable to go on her planned trip to England but instead traveled on her own private journey. A service will be held later this week, and since she believed that cut flowers are a ''waste of both beauty and money'' friends may wish to make a donation to the charity of their choice.
