Passed away peacefully on Friday, May 2, 2008 in her 93rd year. Predeceased by her husband Clendon McDowell. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Frances McDowell will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2008 at 11 o'clock at JUBILEE UNITED CHURCH, 40 Underhill Drive (Don Valley Parkway and Lawrence Avenue East).
