BEAL, David
Peacefully in his sleep early Wednesday morning, May 14, at St Mary's Hospital in Montreal, Quebec. He was much loved and will be much missed by his wife Diane, daughter Lesley, son-in-law Pierre, son Timothy, daughter-in-law Tori, grandson James, and sister Pat. He was predeceased by his elder son, Jolyon. The three other loves of his life were his business, Dura Undercushions, and all those associated with it; his sailboat and all his good sailing friends and his home in North Hero, Vermont, his life there with his family and many friends. The family would love to welcome friends at the Atwater Club on Atwater Avenue on Wednesday, May 21, between 5 and 8 p.m. Burial will be private. A celebration of his life will take place in North Hero, Vermont, Saturday 24th May at his home from 12 noon. A special thanks to the staff on 5 North at St. Mary's Hospital and in particular to the nurses for their exceptional care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, a donation to St. Mary's Hospital Foundation, 5th floor North, in his memory, would be gratefully appreciated.
