Tiff picks top films of 2004
The Toronto International Film Festival Group announced its top-10 feature films for 2004 last night. This is the fourth year the festival group has conducted the list, with a 10-member jury of critics, programmers and academics and film industry executives from across the country. The films, which are not ranked in order, include short films, animation, experimental films, documentaries and features.
