Minister questions social administration costs

The McGuinty government fired back yesterday at suggestions that it is not paying its fair share of social-service programs delivered in Toronto.In a skeptically worded letter to Mayor David Miller that was released by the province, Minister of Community and Social Services Sandra Pupatello questioned whether the city is doing all it can to control administrative costs.
