Martin hits hard at Harper

Paul Martin struck hard at new campaign front-runner Stephen Harper in last night's federal election debate, accusing the Conservative Leader of planning to raise taxes and cut services, and dropping a campaign surprise by pledging to repeal Ottawa's power to override the Charter of Rights.
