Pettigrew and Frula lose seats to Bloc candidates

MONTREAL -- He was a star in cabinet and a high-flying player on the world stage, but Pierre Pettigrew was a loser on his home turf in Montreal last night.Canada's Foreign Affairs Minister couldn't hold onto his riding of Papineau, losing to Bloc Québécois rival Vivian Barbot in a defeat symbolic of the Liberals' failing fortunes in Quebec.
