Mr. Harper, enough is never enough for the premiers
Look before you leap is a cliché, but like many clichés, it contains an element of truth.The truth in this one should be heeded by the new Conservative government in a bunch of areas, notably plans to "address the issue of fiscal imbalance in a permanent fashion," in the words of the party's platform.
