Serve his constituents? No, just serve himself
VANCOUVER -- For most of the past year, David Emerson had nothing good to say about Stephen Harper's Conservative Party.Long before the Liberal attack ads were aired during the election campaign, Mr. Emerson enjoyed portraying the Tories as heartless and angry and everything that was bad about a political party.
