The oil sands come of age

CALGARY -- There was more to yesterday's news than the composition of Prime Minister Stephen Harper's new cabinet and the significant weight given to the West from an economic standpoint. Iran officially ended its voluntary co-operation with the International Atomic Energy Agency and said it would begin working on uranium enrichment and bar surprise inspections of its nuclear facilities.
