Despite strides at work, women lag behind in pay

CALGARY -- The stay-at-home-mom is a vanishing breed. Mothers with impressive résumés are now the norm in Canada, where they are moving in on workplace territory once staked out exclusively by men, according to a new Statistics Canada report.
