Small crowds turn out to mourn Milosevic

BELGRADE -- They looked like elderly Catholic pilgrims visiting the stations of the cross on a snowy holiday. But the silver-haired Serbs who shuffled into the suburban museum yesterday were mostly Orthodox Christians, and the temporary shrine whose casket they kissed contained the remains of a man who had no religious beliefs.
