Mexico meetings may loosen softwood logjam
¡Hola amigos! We will not speculate on how elegant Prime Minister Stephen Harper will manage to look in the sombrero he seems almost destined to don at some point during the two days of meetings that begin this morning in Cancun with U.S. President George W. Bush and Mexican President Vicente Fox.
