Missing snowboarder turns up safe
VANCOUVER -- Just as searchers were losing hope, a missing Brazilian snowboarder showed up near the top of Grouse Mountain late yesterday afternoon, chilled but safe and sound.Diogo Rolim Carvalho, 19-year-old exchange student from Brazil, was taken to hospital in an ambulance suffering from slight hypothermia after spending a damp, miserable night on the mountain.
