This budget is all show
Two lines, admittedly among many, define the Harper government's budget.The first, from Finance Minister Jim Flaherty, pledges "tax relief people can see."The second, from the budget papers, states: "Looking forward, the government will develop a broad-based agenda to promote a more competitive, productive Canada."
