Budget won't stoke economy: Dodge
TORONTO, OTTAWA -- The recent record-blasting surge in the Canadian dollar is probably not justified by market forces, Bank of Canada Governor David Dodge said yesterday in testimony that also sought to assure Ontario that recent rate hikes are in its best interest.
