Inco CEO blasts voting structure of Teck's dual-class shares

TORONTO, VANCOUVER -- Inco Ltd. chief executive officer Scott Hand launched a counterattack against hostile suitor Teck Cominco Ltd., knocking the Vancouver-based mining company's dual-class share structure as undemocratic and saying many Inco shareholders would take a dim view of the offer as a result.
