British on-line gambling stocks tumble
LONDON -- Fears of a crackdown on on-line gambling in the United States knocked $1.1-billion (U.S.) off the value of British gambling stocks yesterday after the FBI moved to shut down the U.S. operations of Betonsports PLC.
