No books? Terrorists have won

In the preposterous 1985 thriller Year of the Dragon, a pre-buff Mickey Rourke plays a racist, semi-demented New York cop fighting ruthless Chinese gangs. First his wife is killed, then his Chinese partner is gunned down and, finally, his Chinese girlfriend is beaten and raped. At that point, a finally riled-up Rourke proclaims, or at least I remember him proclaiming: "Now they've gone too far." I couldn't stop laughing.
