B.C. business group dangles Fisheries reform paper

VANCOUVER -- A coalition of B.C. business groups wants the federal government to reel in the power of Fisheries and Oceans Canada to impede resource development.The group, which includes forestry, mining and agricultural associations, argues that the department puts roadblocks in the way of projects even when they present little threat to fish habitat.
