Energy producers left in dark over future

OTTAWA -- Confusion over where Canada is headed on climate change is hurting investment and must be cleared up, the country's energy producers warn.In a report submitted to this week's meeting of federal and provincial energy ministers in Whitehorse, the Canadian Electricity Association said producers are paying a price because of the lack of long-term environmental rules.
