Commuting on two wheels and a prayer

Every morning there isn't a storm, Darren Jenkins heads to work on the Peugeot road bike he has had since he was 13 years old. The commute from his home at Yonge and Lawrence to his job at Highway 7 and Leslie takes about 45 minutes. He enjoys the exercise -- and the satisfaction of trimming his personal pollution contribution. Less fun is crossing the 401 at Yonge Street.
