Munk rants: Where's miners' courage?
TORONTO -- Canadian mining executives lacked the "balls" and "vision" to create a homegrown global powerhouse and keep base metals companies like Inco Ltd. and Falconbridge Ltd. out of foreign hands, gold magnate Peter Munk said yesterday.
