No-fly list expected to add new layer of security to air travel

OTTAWA -- Ottawa unveiled more detailed plans yesterday for a no-fly list designed to keep potential terrorists from boarding Canadian airplanes, more than five years after the Sept. 11 attacks first raised serious questions about the airline industry's vulnerability to its passengers.
