Deadly wild mushroom found on Surrey farm

VICTORIA -- The death cap mushroom -- exceedingly deadly yet relatively innocent in appearance -- rose from the ground under hazelnut trees near the historic Stewart Farm in south Surrey this year, its first appearance in greater Vancouver.
