In the Forest City, two kinds of Tories sprout up

LONDON, ONT -- Steve Hunter doesn't have a lot of help and his party doesn't have overreaching ambitions.Mr. Hunter, a slightly built and mild-mannered kind of guy who makes his living as a carpenter, is the PC candidate in the federal by-election in London North Centre. That's Progressive Canadian -- not Progressive Conservative. But the logo is practically identical to the one used by the party of Mr. Hunter's mentor, Robert Stanfield.
