Cabbies picket over 'bandit' limos

TORONTO -- Taxi drivers plan to picket at the Westin Harbour Castle hotel at Bay Street and Queens Quay in Toronto this morning against "bandit" limo drivers, who cabbies say are paying off hotel doormen to scoop customers, costing them millions of dollars a year in lost revenues.
