Gazprom wants stake in deal with Petrocan
OTTAWA -- Petro-Canada may have to offer up a stake in its planned liquefied natural gas project in Quebec if it wants to participate with Russian gas giant, OAO Gazprom, in an LNG facility near St. Petersburg, Gazprom's deputy chairman Alexander Medvedev said yesterday.
