Sick workers no longer the heroes

Your throat is sore and your nose is dripping like a faucet. You're sweating and feel hung over even though you haven't had a thing to drink.You're a sickie, but you decide to head into the office anyway. After all, you'd like to think you're so essential to the organization that it can't run without you. Besides, if you phone in sick, you know you'll feel guilty because your co-workers are counting on you.
