Few remain working past 65

Ontario's decision to ban mandatory retirement, effective today, puts it in line with several other provinces. But what effect will the legislation have? If history is any judge, little will change. In jurisdictions that have already stopped forcing workers to retire at 65, few older employees have remained in the work force, experts say.
