Manitoba vote backs wheat board
WINNIPEG -- Farmers in Manitoba have voted overwhelmingly in favour of keeping the Canadian Wheat Board's monopoly on grain sales, providing strong evidence of grassroots opposition to Conservative plans for an open market in wheat and barley.
