Canada's schools fail the health test

We take school for granted, like clean water and ready electricity.We may question the curriculum, the quality of the teaching, even the kind of kids our children befriend. But when we send our offspring to school each day, we are secure in the knowledge that, for those seven-or-so hours at least, they are in good hands: a place that is safe, secure, even healthy.
