Caribou herds dwindling rapidly
OTTAWA -- Experts are warning that people in the Far North face serious hardships if measures aren't taken to slow alarming declines in the Barren-ground caribou herds.Susan Fleck, director of wildlife with the government of the Northwest Territories, will be among those delivering that message at a caribou summit in Inuvik this week.
