Judge gives the boot to the king of the suit

The king of vexatious litigation -- a Brampton paralegal with a passion for launching lawsuits -- has been dethroned. But only after fighting his 73rd lawsuit in the past 10 years.An Ontario judge has ordered a stop to Joseph De Teresi's record run of litigation: a blizzard of legal paper that targeted everyone from clients and landlords to banks, law firms, credit agencies and computer companies.
