Residents decry rapist's presence

VANCOUVER -- Notorious rapist Paul Callow spent a quiet weekend underground in Surrey as angry residents rallied yesterday to protest against his release into their community.RCMP and corrections officials confirmed Mr. Callow, 52, was released Friday from prison, where he served 20 years for attacks on five women in Toronto.
